NEW PLANTS

1) Engineering for New plants starts from study of various Supports, Calculation of Thermal Movements, Laying down specification and selection of design
2) Proper selection of design and raw material
3) Installation supervision of New Expansion joints to ensure they are erected in the proper orientation and locations and thus ensuring no mature failure

EXISTING PLANTS

•  Study premature Failure:
•  Provider Optimised Solution
•  One Day supply for Shut Down Requirements  
•  Survey of Non Metallic Expansion Joints
•  All Expansion Joints in the plant are covered in this study
•  The present condition of the Expansion Joint is studied individually
•  Residual life of the same is analysed
•  Propose type of replacement required in the forthcoming shut downs
• Study and analyse the reasons of damage and propose solutions and specifications
• Take physical measurements where  ever required
• Report preparation for the studied location.

Annual Maintenance Contract – This covers all the above in planned intervals in a year to ensure trouble free Expansion Joints in the plant.
